What Can You Expect from Our New Saskatoon Location?

With the opening of our brand new Saskatoon location, we are hoping to offer our customers a one-stop shop for everything they need for their home, garden and more. From plants, pots and gardening tools to fertilizer, soil and greenhouse supplies, we have it all at our new store. We also have an extensive selection of garden furniture, planters, and even fire pits. There are even a couple of trees in our parking lot that are available for purchase. And, just in case you need any help deciding on what to buy, we have an on-site nursery offering advice and tips for growing in your region.

Where Is the New Blue Diamond Garden Centre Located?

Our new garden centre is located at the corner of 90th Street and Lorne Avenue in Saskatoon. It is just a short drive from anywhere in the city – we are conveniently located near the main highways and are easy to find. If you are coming from the south, you can take the 71st Street exit off of Highway 11. If coming from the north, take the Wanuskewin Road exit off of Highway 16. All three Highways in the area – 11, 16 and Highway 33 – are easily accessible from the garden centre.

When they are ready, they are then shipped out to our stores, where they are sold to customers looking to add a little green to their lives. For the best results, we recommend planting your grow box in the fall. This will give the starter plant enough time to establish strong roots before the winter months arrive. Fall is also the best time to plant your grow box if you want it to be ready to harvest by the spring. Remember that each plant has its own specific growing time, so make sure you are purchasing the right box for your needs. One thing to keep in mind is that certain plants are better suited for the fall while others are better suited for the spring.
